Accountability is a Mindset of being answerable to others, coachable for outcomes and ethical always.
Attributes of accountable people include:
- An expanded definition of accountability beyond myself to my role, our customer, our Team, our Organization, our Community, etc.
- Thinking and acting beyond personal comfort or security.
- Getting jobs done right and doing the right jobs.
- On a learning journey to have greater positive impact.
