The Business Triangle is a visual representation of any business as a social system, organizing the company’s teams by four business capability types: (1) Develop, (2) Sell, (3) Deliver, and (4) Support.
In the center of the triangle is the customer for whom the business creates value. The customer is served, and the value is created by the three functions of the business: Develop-Sell-Deliver. Support encircles the three sides of the business triangle.
Team members apply the Business Triangle to visualize capabilities, analyze primary constraints, design systems of roles, leverage creative tensions, acheive alignment, and accelerate value and throughput towards competitive advantage.
