Creative Tensions refers to differences of opinion or perspective that naturally arise between roles or between teams. They exist in the system of roles in every team and in the system of teams in every company. In teams where team members are not intentional about how they work together, creative tensions can become sources of unhealthy conflict. This links to Leveraging Creative Tensions.
