Culture refers to how people think and act in groups. Natural culture is what people do when no one is telling them what to do. Natural culture refers to the natural flow of the social system when leadership is unintentional. In contrast, intentional culture is the ways of thinking and acting that are taught and reinforced in a group in the direction of leadership, hierarchy, and influence.
