Why should you care?
Because it’s hard to build a house on a crooked foundation. By the time you get to the third floor, you have to fight to get doors to work and keep the roofline straight.
When teams aren't aligned around the four fundamental purpose statements, they work harder to accomplish less.
To set goals and effectively produce results, your team needs a level foundation for making aligned choices.
And the four purpose statements are a great tool for systematically shaping and guiding how your team makes those choices in an aligned way.
