Single Journey Owner
The goal of Single Journey Owners’ is to enable teams to scale by dividing and conquering, assigning responsibilities, and working on multiple issues in parallel. The challenge is that most natural teams do not organize shared work for parallel processing and do not have protocols for consultative decision making.
The solution is Single Journey Owners (SJOs). It is way-of-working that assigns one person to be responsible and accountable to each team issue, workstream or Forum.
SOJ’s drive issues and/or concerns to resolution from diagnosis, to strategy, and through to implementation. This approach enables teams to scale up and improve efficiency and performance.
